Absolutely love this place! I believe her name is Nicole, she was so sweet and walked us through all the machines. And then got a fresh juice before I left.

Fantastic. Nicole was amazing. The experience was awesome. What a way to amp your workout routine. The sauna was so relaxing and I love that they have a tv that you can watch while getting your sweat on. The machines are fantastic. I broke a sweat right away. And the rollers are the perfect cap to a hard workout. 10/10 would recommend. They also have a cute lil juice bar which I didn’t try this time, but the options looked delicious.

I appreciated the extra time she spent explaining how to use the infrared sauna workout equipment. She was also very knowledgeable about the benefits and results of the Venus Legacy. My experience with Cosmo Contour has been great! The customer service first and foremost is amazing - always a warm greeting and very helpful with how to use the machines. The workout room itself is a great space, and never over crowded. The infrared lights really accelerate my cardio workouts. The protein shakes offered are delicious and fresh made. Huge fan of Cosmo Contour!
